CONCEPT
Katharina is the restaurant of the boutique hotel Entre Cielos,
Vistalba located in the province of Mendoza. It is characterized by
excellence in work and a unique gastronomic menu based on fresh,
natural ingredients cuyanos.
Recently did a major shift in gastronomic concept, hand Ianina
Ciancio, Mendoza food and beverage consultant, who was responsible
for the revival of the concept of the restaurant.
